If fresh delicious food is what you are after then do not overlook this little shop! The owner cooks everything to order and the service is quick. He seemed to be taking phone orders for takeaway too. I had a beef salad with rice noodles and some kind of sausages. So good!! I'd happily eat there again (and again). Cash only the time I went.

Absolute hidden gem! My family and I drove in from Toulouse for the Vietnamese food and we found it delightful and hearty :) the owner was very sweet as well. I highly recommend!

One of the best food I’ve had in a while. It’s typical Vietnamese food with complex and delicious flavours. Definitely recommend this place, you will enjoy it. If I lived in Carcassonne I would weekly visit this place.

After many days of travelling around Europe we just wanted to eat some good authentic Asian cuisine. The food is absolutely delicious and authentic. However since the owner is a 1 man show, he was having alot of take aways to fulfil. We were fortunate enough to order some food as other clients whom walked in later was turned away as he was not able to accept more orders.

Food in this restaurant is so good and so cheap at the same time with great service. The guy does everything in the restaurant but still finds time chatting with clients to make us feel at home. I would suggest the owner to increase the price by at least one or two euro per dish as the price is much lower than restaurants in the city.

Can't recommend this place enough! Amazing Vietnamese food for very reasonable prices. They only take cash but that was not a problem, there's an ATM nearby. Can't get over how delicious everything was!!

The owner was very warm and welcoming, patiently explaining the menu despite the language barrier. He even reminded me that I might have ordered too much for one person to finish—such an honest and down-to-earth place Since I was dining alone, the owner kept me company and chatted with me the whole time, which made me feel really warm and welcomed Most importantly, the food was amazing!The fresh spring rolls were a must-try, and the noodle soup, priced at just €7.5, was packed with ingredientsThis is the best and most authentic Vietnamese restaurant I’ve ever tried in Europe

Excellent food, very reasonably priced. Lovely owner and chef. Primarily a take away but a few tables to sit and eat. Really enjoyed it and will be back to order again.
